Podcasting and Teleseminars

To many Technophobes the thought of podcasting or doing a teleseminar are out of the question.  Well let me assure you that both are quite easy.  You do not need to know how to program a computer or know how to use HTML.  There are tools available (many of them free) which will allow you to either podcast or do a teleseminar.
